Labile derives from Late Latin labilis, from Latin labi, "to slip."

susurrus \su-SUHR-uhs\, noun:
A whispering or rustling sound; a murmur.
Susurrus comes from the Latin susurrus, "a murmuring, a whispering, a humming."
