Hope you are all enjoying this gorgeous day ??? Being spoilt rotten or what ? OK maybe I'm not being spoilt rotten but I know the thoughts are there and maybe next year eh ! Hubby dearest ... But Kelsey gave up a sleep over last night to come home and be here first thing to give me a big hug and kiss for my mothers day .... Gotta luv him ... ;-)
I have to write this weeks diarybackwards ...cos ...
WOW! Great! Fantastic ... what a day we had yesterday it was Hillcrest Primary School's Family Fun Day ... and that's exactly what we had ... FUN ... The day started out weather wise a bit suspect but all our naked 'weather dancing' LOL and strong prayers worked out for us !!! and the sun broke through the mist around about 8am and the rest of the day was gorgeous ...
I only managed to get some photos first thing in the morning once we were set up cos after that everything just went crazy mad .... I have to say without the dedication and support of all the helpers ... and the teachers the day just wouldn't have been the huge success it was ... I know there are a lot of TIRED gals out there ... and some dads too ... but I hope you all feel like I do ... proud of a job well done .... (every bone and muscle in mine & mums body is in pain ... but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves ... AND I'm not going to go into the stories about the 'after party' ... that is best kept a HUGE SECRET !!! don't you think culprits !!!!)

So mum & I collapsed into bed by 8pm last night ... Kelsey too ... A Great Day was had by all ...
I have to mention another reason we were so knackered ... Friday night mum & I were making pancakes in prep for FFD up till 10.30pm .... (and still the Pancake Van had huge ques all day !!)

Now that FFD is over I can probably get back into blogging on a more regular ... like daily !!! basis (LOL) and so onto the rest of last week ...
Tuesday ... Crafting Class was great ... because I only have 7 this term I get to spend more time with each of them ... and they get to finish things quicker too ... here they are hard at work finishing off their 'Flip Flap' books ....
But firstly you have to check out my youngest student ... (LOL) Isn't she the most adorable ???

And as for the rest of the week it was all prep... prep... and more preparation for FFD ... cutting tickets ... filling sauce bottles... counting raffle money ... packing raffle prizes ... pricing books & jumble (and boy! there was definitely some of that !!! LOL) ... making signage ... collecting beer boxes ... etc. etc. etc.
So I guess next week is going be BORING !!! I'll probably be forced to talk about the weather again !!!!(PMSL)
