(... of course they'll be photos, did you notice I managed to set the date properly !!! OH And Aunty Nan ... Kelsey says he may just be able to force himself to make a few more LOVE LOLLIES for 'Special' requests !!!;-)
That was it ... the mind started racing and ... how sad is this ???? 
This is what a grown (LOL) woman is reduced to when she has sooooo much time on her hands .... I finally got into the garage ... humped a dozen or so boxes about and FINALLY found some boxes of stamps ... just 7 small boxes of the hundreds that I know I have .... and I actually left all the boxes of Christmas stamps alone !!! (Too early for Christmas (pmsl)
And as my accountant has been telling me for the last 18 months!!! (lol) I will need some sort of an opening stock when I do eventually get my Fat A in G and what better way to catalogue your stamp collection (especially when not all of them have codes etc...) BUT TO STAMP THEM !!!!
Sad .... very SAD ... (or is that anal I hear a few say ??? Don't care .... having some fun !!!)
BUT this is just the beginning, I started with the stamps that I needed for Tuesday's class ... cos even though we don't have too many stamp companies here .... I still think it is very important to teach the kids the correct way to use them ... and of course the best types of inks etc .... (Hey it's another reason for me to have a bit play eh?)
Talking of the kids ... Tuesday another 4 arrived so I'm back to having 21 in the class again ... it's great ... (I mean you know my real theory on kids : Love em but couldn't eat a whole one !!!pmsl ) BUT if this is what gets my Fat A into G then so be it ... and you know I HAVE to make sure I do the proper prep etc ... so it means I HAVE to get the thinking cap on ... the mojo found and the materials tooo !!!!
Well the 1st group of girls (last weeks) finished their Handbags, aren't they lovely ... not completely decorated but I showed them how to finish them off at home ...
... it's amazing but ... last week the measuring, cutting and folding took us 35 minutes ... that was to be expected ... this week oh! BOY what should have literally taken us 10 mins to complete ... the folding into shape, adding the bit of ribbon for the handle and the sticking together ... that also took 35mins (wtf!!!) was it me ??? did I speak Swahili or may Croatian or something ????
I knew last weeks class was a fluke !!! and there I was singing their songs of praise ....
OK J SO... next week ... pop 2 Valium first it will all seem so much easier then .... (fall about on the floor laughing my head off, sometimes I am just so funny (laughing hysterically) Hey Aunty Nan you're going to making this handbag when I see you at Easter so be afraid ... be very afraid !!!! ;-)
What's going on here I hear you all saying .... has she lost it ??? well I think all the 'extra exercise' I am getting is having an adverse effect on me ....
What Extra Exercise .... Oh did I forget to mention Monday I started Aqua-aerobics !!!! YES you read right ... Janet is doing some form of exercise ... AND in water !!!! Well Kelsey could not believe it either and he had to check on Monday morning that I did actually have my swimming costume on under my clothes AND at pick up time ... he asked one of the other mum's if I'd actually gone in the water ... cheeky monkey ... well I'll have you know I am attending my classes TWICE (not just once but twice) a week ... Monday & Wednesday mornings ... I'm gonna be a slim mean fighting machine soon ... (definitely rolling on the floor laughing)
Luckily Kerry (that's whose pool we're using) has a heated swimming pool ... and even though its outside ... I have to say the water is beautiful ... and what makes it even nicer is the water is salinated not chlorinated ... much softer on the skin ... Today the temp. outside was lower 20c but the water was a perfect 30c !!! And considering last night (not to mention the weather or anythin!) but it was chucking it down and we were sitting with wooly jumpers on !!!!
Mum was very surprised when I came home today and I had been in the water ... she too has such little faith !!! Just because I don't like exercise, I don't like getting cold, and I don't like getting wet ... I mean really people !!!! What's up???
